Writing, for me, is a way of telling the truth—and of letting others feel seen and understood.

As a therapist, I’ve been quietly collecting stories for more than twenty years.

And now, I’m creating a space for honest reflections on what those stories have taught me about life, motherhood, identity, the nervous system, the people we love, and the small shifts that shape who we become.
