I want support
I want something I can use right away
I’ve Been There.
You can’t outthink how your body feels. For years, I tried to push through and think my way out of stress—it didn’t work.
Real change began when I stopped overriding my body and started using small, practical steps.
How I Work
(And Why it’s Effective)
Most people aren’t stuck because they don’t care. They’re stuck because they’re working against their biology instead of with it.
When stress takes over, we don’t respond the way we want to—we snap, shut down, overthink, or stay stuck.
That moment matters.
In my work, we focus there first—understanding what’s happening in your nervous system, then your body, then your mind—so you can respond differently the next time.
Because change doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from working with how you’re wired.
Meet Johnny
Regulated-ish, just like the rest of us.
Johnny is my resident nervous system assistant. He believes in not moving too fast, regular naps, fresh air, snacks, and simply doing your best.
During thunderstorms, he can usually be found trying to hide under the couch — reminding all of us that regulation doesn’t need to be big or impressive.
Sometimes it starts with a stretch, a pause, a walk around the block, or finding someone who helps you feel safe again.
